Notes

Make It Your Own
  • 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie: Perfect for when you want a quick snack that isn’t too high in calories. Simply blend your milk of choice with 1 large frozen banana and 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie: Add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder for a Reese’s style treat.
  • Banana Peanut Butter Strawberry Smoothie: Add 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries for a fruity, PB&J twist.
  • Weight Loss Version: For a healthier hack, swap half the banana for frozen cauliflower and use 1 tbsp of PB powder instead of full-fat butter.
  • No Banana Version: If you're looking for a no-banana peanut butter smoothie, swap the banana for 1/2 an avocado and 1/4 cup of rolled oats.
