- 2 large very ripe fresh bananas
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp natural nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or two 8 ounce bars (melted with 2 tsp of vegetable or coconut oil)
Optional Mix-ins:
- 1 tsp vanilla or peppermint extract
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp berry jam
Toppings
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
